SecureIT will even automatically install critical Microsoft patch updates. If you get stuck – don’t worry– SecureIT gives you access to free telephone technical support as well – you won’t get that from Norton Internet Security products. With SecureIT you’ll never have to think about Internet security again. Remember: you aren’t protected until the software is loaded and registered to your PC.

High-Speed Internet

How does it work? The Xcelerator accesses the Internet on unused higher frequencies of your telephone line and leading-edge technology in our digital office, which results quick, reliable download and upload speeds. Your PC will have to meet certain specifications and you will need an installed ethernet (network) card to establish your connection to the broadband network. An external high-speed modem is included in your Gear Kit. With your connection you will also receive up to 5 e-mail addresses and 10MB of personal webspace for your use.

Caller Number and Caller Name Identification

Use Caller ID to screen your calls if you don’t want to talk – or give you a couple of minutes to grab a cup of coffee and get comfortable – if you do. Caller ID Units are available for purchase in our CARE offices or you may order one by phone. For your convenience the cost of the unit may be added to next month’s phone bill.
